1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing www.striptechs.com or engaging Strip Tech Solutions LLC ("Strip Tech," "we," "us," or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

Strip Tech Solutions LLC provides industrial chemical paint stripping services including, but not limited to, removal of powder coatings, epoxies, urethanes, e-coats, and other industrial finishes from metal and composite substrates. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are established through individual quotes and agreements with each customer.

3. Quotes & Orders

All quotes provided by Strip Tech are estimates based on information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the quoted scope. An order is not binding until confirmed in writing by Strip Tech. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about parts, coatings, substrates, and any known hazardous materials
• Ensuring parts are safely packaged and labeled for shipment
• Disclosing any regulatory, safety, or handling requirements specific to your parts
• Promptly retrieving processed parts within the agreed timeframe

Strip Tech is not liable for damage resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

5. Turnaround & Delivery

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours after parts are received, subject to workload and part complexity. Strip Tech will communicate any expected delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, force majeure, or customer-caused delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

Strip Tech's liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages, including lost profits or production downtime, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" based on the information and materials provided by the customer. Strip Tech makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the ST-50 formula name — is the property of Strip Tech Solutions LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage Strip Tech or its users.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kentucky.
